Dr. Farida Saher | Certified Pediatric Specialist

Dr. Farida Saher is a proud born-and-raised Albertan — and one of Calgary’s most trusted pediatric dentists. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Alberta in 2007, completed her General Practice Residency at the University of Alberta Hospital, and went on to gain her Pediatric Dentistry Specialty Training in Boston.

Over the years, Dr. Saher has developed a deep passion for caring for children with dental anxiety and patients of all abilities and medical conditions. Her main goal, every single appointment: make both the child and the parent feel genuinely comfortable.

When she’s not at the clinic, Dr. Saher channels that same giving spirit into the world. She has travelled to Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Haiti, and Peru with dental charity Kindness in Action — providing dental care to children in remote and underserved communities.
